With reference to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Indirapuram Habitat Centre Private Limited, Please note as per provisions of I & B Code and related regulations, only Authorised Signatory on behalf of financial creditors in a class (Real Estate Investors- Shop & Home Buyers) is allowed to attend the meeting of COC. Hence Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Gupta being the Authorised signatory selected by majority of creditors will represent all the creditors in the meeting. Individual creditors in class are neither required nor are allowed to attend the meeting.

Please note that the Authorised signatory is not allowed to vote on resolutions to be passed in meeting at his own and he has to take mandate from all the creditors in class through evoting. He will circulate the minutes of meeting to all the creditors along with the process and timing of evoting. Only after evoting and on the basis of mandate by creditor through evoting, he will vote on various resolutions proposed in the meeting. The final result along of evoting results will also be circulated after completions of process.

Further please note that the evoting will be conducted by outside agency and will be confidential and full proof.

With reference to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Indirapuram Habitat Centre Private Limited, Please note that the list is prepared on the basis of claims received by the last date for submission of claims i.e., 9.9.2019 and will be updated from time to time.

Please inform in case any updations or modifications are required due to any reason including unintentional errors or omissions or non inclusion of any creditors name in the list.

Please not as per provisions of I & B code and related regulations claims can be filed upto 90 days from Insolvency Commencement date. The list will be updated on periodically basis and COC members will be modified accordingly

Please note that the updated records of the Company namely Indirapuram Habitat Centre Private Limited are no available and hence the claims are provisionally admitted based on documents submitted with declaration under provision of I& B code. The amount shall be modified in accordance to provision of code and upon updation of records, substantive evidence and documents. The creditors are advised to submit IRP/RP the desired details, information and documents promptly failing may cause negative impact on their respective claim.

NO. (IB)-1397(PB)/2019 , it is hereby informed to all the creditors of Indirapuram Habitat Centre Private Limited, that the LIST OF CREDITORS AND LIST OF COMMITTEE OF CREDITORS is displayed at WWW.IHCENTRE.IN.

The amount shall be modified in accordance to provision of code and upon updation of records, substantive evidence and documents. All financial creditors in a class (Real Estate Investors – shop & home Buyers) will receive further communications about meeting including notice of COC meeting, minutes of COC meeting, Voting schedule etc through him only.
