With reference to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Indirapuram Habitat Centre Private Limited, Please note that Authorised Representative of Financial creditors in a class (real Estate Investors - Shop & Home Buyers) Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Gupta has sent the minute of second COC meeting alongwith the schedule and process of evoting to all creditors (from email id abomcx@gmail.com/ abomcx@yahoo.com ) whose name is included in the updated list of creditors in class ( list is available under recent development). The evoting will be open as per following schedule

Closed on 26.10.2019 at 5:00P.M

As per decision of the COC in the meeting, the evoting will be conducted by CDSL and members will receive login password and evoting process directly from CDSL.

The following are the important point for the purpose of evoting
1. The evoting will be opened only during the period as stated above i.e, open from 5:00 P.M on 24.10.2019 and will be closed at 5:00 P.M on 26.10.2019.
2. The member will not be able to change the vote after submission and no resubmission will be allowed.
3. No reminder will be given by CDSL for casting the vote.
